Recruitment Process Overview
1. Apply Online

Start by completing an online application form with your personal and professional details.

2. Initial Contact

Upon receiving your application, we will reach out to discuss available positions. If you're interested, we'll request relevant documents, such as qualifications, licenses, and employment certificates, and may seek additional information for your CV.

3. Submission of Documents to Employer

Your application, including your CV and supporting documents, will be processed and forwarded to the employer for review.

4. Shortlisting & Interviews

If you are shortlisted, we will schedule an interview with the employer's management team, which may be conducted in person, via Skype, or over the phone.

5. Interview Feedback

We will provide feedback from the employer's HR department once it is received after your interview.

6. Offer on Successful Application

If your interview is successful, you will receive an offer letter via email for your review and approval.

7. Clearance Procedure

Upon acceptance of the offer, we will assist you with all onboarding requirements, including licensing, attestation of documents, police clearance, and other formalities.

8. Travel Arrangements

Once your entry visa is issued and onboarding is complete, we will arrange your travel by booking your flight with the employer and sending the flight details via email.
